As part of the Isabalance experience, I provide instruction on a one to one basis or I can teach pairs, or small groups in your home. I also teach community classes. You will need to bring a yoga mat and two medium sized towels Classes are £6 each when payment is up front in monthly blocks. Classes at Jaks Academy, Ashby £7.00 when paid in advance. Spaces limited so booking essential.


I know it can be difficult to come to class for the first time. You are not sure if it is the right class for you or you may feel a little nervous. You may want to get know your instructor on a more relaxed level, with no pressure. Therefore come along and try your FIRST class for FREE. However, if you need further information please do not hesitate to call me. I am here to help. Look forward to hearing from  you.
