Pilates is a great form of exercise to release your body and therefore help to perform everyday activities with ease, such as, playing with the children/grandchildren, gardening, cooking, cleaning etc.
I will help you to improve your posture, which helps you to feel, look and move better.
In addition to Pilates, as a little extra you will find the latest tools to track and analyse your diet, exercise and body composition if you so wish.
